Kevin Carroll and Sam Shehu, financial advisors based in Glastonbury, Conn., have aligned with Gateway Financial Partners in the same location to join the LPL Financial broker-dealer and corporate RIA platforms.
Carroll and Shehu, formerly with Wells Fargo, bring $110 million in client brokerage and advisory assets to the deal. They specialize in helping clients plan for retirement.
LPL Financial LLC, headquartered in Boston, is the largest independent broker-dealer in the United States. The company was founded in 1989.
