LPL Financial today announced that a pair of advisors with $350 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets have joined its broker-dealer, RIA and custodial platforms to launch BW Wealth Management in Scottsdale, Ariz., according to a news release.

Steve Boeckmann and David Wyzgowski were previously with Valic Financial Advisors, the broker-dealer for AIG Retirement Services. Also joining them is operations manager Natalie Wyzgowski.

Boeckmann started his career in 1995 with Olde Discount Corporation and had short stints at several firms including Merrill Lynch, before joining Valic in 2017, according to BrokerCheck. Wyzgowski began with Ameriprise Financial in 2005 and moved to Valic in 2007.

Boeckmann said they created BW Wealth Management to provide their clients with a superior experience. “And by partnering with LPL we are able to do just that,” he said in a statement. “With access to innovative and streamlined technology, integrated capabilities and strategic support, LPL makes it easy for us to focus on our clients and provide them with the information necessary to help them make educated and strategic financial decisions.”

“Steve and I play an integral role in the lives of our clients because they trust us with the result of their life’s work,” added David Wyzgowski. “No two clients are alike, which is why we take the time to understand their unique financial situations, as well as their goals and objectives, to help put them on the right path to a more confident fiscal future.”
