LPL Financial today announced that it has added an Omaha, Neb.-based advisor duo with about $605 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets to its broker-dealer, RIA and custodial platforms, according to a news release.

Patrick “Pat” M. Ricketts and Mindy S. Helfrich, formerly of Principal Securities, Inc., operate as Vintage Financial Group. Their team also includes Kirstin Ricketts, vice president; Tricia Seitelbach-Green, director of client operations; Melissa Hays, director of business operations; as well as their support staff.

Ricketts and Helfrich have worked together since 2012 and have “built a reputation as a team focused on developing long-term relationships with clients by providing a focused and individualized approach to wealth management,” the release noted.

“Our clients are never simply a name on a statement or just an account number,” Ricketts said in a statement. “We take the time to get to know our clients on a deeply personal level and educate them so they can dictate what they want their financial futures to look like.”

Ricketts began his career with Principal Securities in 2008, according to BrokerCheck and Helfrich began her career in 2000 and worked at a few companies including Sunset Financial Services Inc., and Ameritas Investment Corp., before joining Principal Securities in 2011.
