Mariner Holdings, the parent company of both Mariner Wealth Advisors and Montage Investments, has been named among the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2013 Best Places to Work – Medium Companies category, Mariner announced Wednesday.
This is the third year in a row the Leawood, Kan.-based firm has received the honor, which is based on employee feedback regarding team/manager effectiveness, retention probability, work engagement and whether they feel valued.
Mariner Wealth Advisors is an independent wealth advisory firm with $7.5 billion in assets under management. Montage affiliates manage nearly $18 billion, including more than $2 billion across seven mutual funds.
