Mercer Advisors Inc., a national registered investment advisor with $11 billion in assets under management based in Santa Barbara, Calif., has acquired Blue Moon Wealth Advisory LLC to expand its presence in the Pacific Northwest, Mercer Advisors announced Wednesday.
The Blue Moon office in Bellevue, Wash., will be consolidated with the Mercer office in that city. Blue Moon has $90 million in AUM.
Michael J. Greiner founded Blue Moon in 2014. The firms offer fee-only financial services to 7,700 clients.
