New York-based Mercury Capital Advisors' iFunds digital platform was a finalist for the 2017 NYC Benziga Fintech awards for best alternative platform, tool or app.
The platform was created in 2017 for financial advisors to access efficient resources to research and strategize client investments, according to Donal Mastrangelo, Executive Director and Head of U.S. iFunds Distribution.
“The private wealth market has grown,” said George Lucaci, senior advisor-hedge fund distribution. “We are continuing to work with luminaries in impact investing, particularly for investors globally.”
Both Mastrangelo and Lucaci agree that socially responsible investment has evolved. Millennials are interested in building infrastructures around the world. Impact investing is investing in hospital infrastructure, building affordable housing, and addressing environmental issues to deliver positive outcome to create good in world.
