Jen Auerbach-Rodriguez has been named head of strategic growth markets at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, the firm announced recently.
She will focus capturing market share and driving growth among traditionally underserved client segments, such as women, African-Americans, Hispanics and the LGBT community.
Auerbach-Rodriguez joined Merrill Lynch as a member of the listed options and futures strategy desk. Most recently, she was a director within the markets group, working on new product origination, platform development and social impact investing initiatives.
