Merrill Lynch has formed a Retirement Investment & Income team to create personal retirement products and enhance existing ones.
The team, to be led by Kirstin Hill, will accelerate the development of programs such as Merrill Lynch Clear, which facilitates dialogues with clients about their priorities in life and their specific goals in retirement, Merrill Lynch said.
The role of Kim Kasin, head of Financial Guidance Services, will be expanded to include executive services and reserve shares.
