Michael McGovern, managing director at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., has been appointed head of the firm’s investor services fintech offerings, the firm announced.
McGovern will be responsible for middle-office services and technology software for asset managers and financial institutions, according to the New York City-based private bank.
Succeeding McGovern are Brian Condon and Lorrie Gordon, managing directors, who will be co-heads of technology.
