Morgan Stanley named Ted Pick to run the division that houses its investment bankers and traders as it made a series of senior leadership changes.

Pick, 49, had previously run the trading business and was put in charge of the company’s turnaround effort for its fixed-income unit, according to a memo Tuesday to staff. The firm also named Susie Huang co-head of the investment-banking unit, replacing Franck Petitgas, who was appointed head of the bank’s international operations.

Gokul Laroia, David Russell and Alan Thomas were named co-heads of the equity-trading business, which has been top-ranked on Wall Street by revenue.
