NASAA’s legislative agenda for the March 5 event is:

- Fostering Capital Formation and Market Transparency
- Ensuring Investor Rights in a 21st Century Marketplace
The speakers will be:
- Michael Pieciak, NASAA President and Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation.
- Claire McHenry, Chair, NASAA Federal Legislation Committee and Deputy Director of the Nebraska Securities Bureau.
- Michael Canning, NASAA Director of Policy & Government Affairs.
