NASAA’s legislative agenda for the March 5 event is:

  • Ensuring the Integrity of our Capital Markets
  • Fostering Capital Formation and Market Transparency
  • Ensuring Investor Rights in a 21st Century Marketplace

The speakers will be:

  • Michael Pieciak, NASAA President and Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation.
  • Claire McHenry, Chair, NASAA Federal Legislation Committee and Deputy Director of the Nebraska Securities Bureau.
  • Michael Canning, NASAA Director of Policy & Government Affairs.
