National Advisors Trust Company has named James Combs Jr. chief executive officer. Combs has more than 20 years of experience in treasury, fiduciary, investment management and custody services. He previously served as chief operations officer for SEI Investment Manager Services. Combs also held numerous executive positions at Wilmington Trust Company, Wachovia Operational Services Corporation, Global Processing Alliance and Bankers Trust Company.
