The all-female team of advisors at Schusterman Mazzone Group has joined RBC Wealth Management in its New York City office, RBC announced Monday.

The team includes Tracey Schusterman, managing director and financial advisor, and Rosa Mazzone, first vice president and financial advisor. Also part of the Schusterman Mazzone Group are Dina LiRosi, investment associate, and Rosa Diaz, client associate. They manage $375 million in client assets. 

Schusterman focuses on financial, retirement and estate planning strategies, as well as wealth preservation and transfer of wealth. Mazzone provides wealth management advice, education for clients and risk management strategies. The firm was with UBS Financial Services.

The addition is part of RBC Wealth Management’s efforts to promote diversity and bring more women into financial planning, says John Moran, director of the Midtown New York City office. RBC has 200 offices in 40 states that manage $289 billion in client assets.
