The survey also found that 70 percent of women with investable household assets above $250,000 have an advisor, but 38 percent of these women are less than completely satisfied with their financial advisor.
Also, 67 percent of female investors change advisors as a result of poor service or a lack of a personal connection; while only 33 percent switch for poor investment performance.
Forty-percent of women surveyed said they felt financial professionals treat them differently than men.
