Speaking to her panelists, she added, “There are specialized needs for their particular niches.” That is why she recommended hiring talented individuals, so the staff can help their clients feel like the team is built specifically for them.

“You can really be specific of how you use your dollars on how to grow your business," Oligino continued. “You need to like the people in the niche. If you don’t feel connected, it is not going to work out. Assess the viability. If all these things come together, then you have a successful niche.”
