Pentegra Retirement Services has named Michael Palmiere as senior vice president and chief operations officer. Palmiere will oversee Pentegra’s actuarial and defined contribution services, information technology and trust services. Palmiere brings more than 25 years of retirement plan operations and expertise to his new role. Previously, he held senior level positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch and several large public accounting firms.
