LPL Financial welcomes People Security Bank & Trust, a 25-branch bank and trust company based in Scranton, Pa.
Peoples serves about $750 million in assets, including investment management and trust accounts. Peoples has also acquired Edward J. Gilmartin/Gilmartin Associates of Scranton, an asset management and retirement plan service, serving about $120 million in assets.
