Prudential Financial Inc. and The Prudential Foundation are providing $2 million in funding toward an ethical leadership program beginning at Rutgers Business School.
The Newark, N.J.-based school will launch the Institute for Ethical Leadership at a ceremony May 27. The institute will offer educational programs, conduct basic and applied research, and provide consulting and coaching services for top executives.
The keynote speaker for the May 27 event will be Dr. Barbara Kellerman, the James McGregor Lecturer in Leadership at Harvard University. Other speakers will include Mark B. Grier, vice chairman, Prudential Financial; Margot Daniel Tyler, senior program officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; and Emlyn Koster, president and CEO of Liberty Science Center. Scholars will present and share the "best thinking" on ethical leadership today.
