Northwest Wealth Advisors (NWA), a fee-based RIA based in West Linn, Ore., will merge with Pure Portfolios, a financial advisory firm headquartered in Portland, Ore., the two companies recently announced in a news release.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A spokesperson said in an email that NWA individually manages approximately $75 million in assets, while Pure Portfolios manages about $125 million.
The firms, when combined into one, will collectively manage some $200 million in client assets for individuals, families, non-profit organizations and retirement plans nationwide.
