R360, an organization of ultra-rich individuals, has named Jaimie McLaughlin and Jeff Greenfield as co-chairs of its N.Y. chapter, a news release announced today.

“Jamie and Jeff bring exceptional vision, passion, and expertise to the R360 family,” Charles Garcia, founder and managing partner of R360, said in the news release. “We could not ask for better leaders who are both deeply experienced at counseling individuals leading significant family enterprises. The leadership of our New York Chapter is in great hands.”

McLaughlin, an industry veteran with three decades of experience, is the founder of J.H. McLaughlin & Co. LLC, a management consulting firm focused on strategy and practice management for wealth management and investment advisory firms, private banks, trust companies, single and multi-family offices. He is also a co-founder of the UHNW Institute, an independent think tank serving the needs of ultra-high-net-worth families and their advisors.

He indicated in the news release that as co-chair of R360’s N.Y. chapter, he and Greenfield would work together to fulfill the organization’s mission.

“R360 is a safe harbor that brings together like-minded families in a collaborative environment to unlock their fullest potential in a way that’s missing in the industry,” McLaughlin said.

Greenfield is managing director of Gloconda Partners, an independent firm serving the financial needs of ultra-affluent clients. He has more than 35 years of experience as an investment professional, private investor, consultant, family office executive and CEO. According to a prepared statement, he shares McLaughlin’s goal of ensuring that R360 members are connected with all of the resources available to them.

“R360 is a member-run community of extraordinary individuals who subscribe to the same shared values,” Greenfield said in the news release. “We are building a truly unique and collaborative forum, with the goal of improving the world for future generations.”

Founded in 2020, R360 is a New York City-based networking organization open by invitation only to individuals and families with net assets of $100 million or more.
