Advisors Yvonne Hall and Maegan Dornan, the managing partners of Hall & Dornan Capital Partners in Issaquah, Wash., have joined Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS), the firm’s independent advisor channel, Raymond James announced.

The advisors were previously with Wells Fargo, where they managed about $225 million in client assets. The practice also includes Kim Boyd Tucker, client service manager, and Tari Sheffer, registered practice manager.

“As we made the decision to launch our own independent practice, finding the right alignment for a business partner was a high priority. We believe in the values and priorities expressed by Raymond James, and we see how the firm invests in the technology and resources that will enable us to better serve our clients,” Hall said in a prepared statement.

Hall, a CFP mark holder and a certified investment management analyst, was with Wells Fargo for 22 years, serving as managing director of investments, and also with Morgan Stanley as an advisor for seven years, the press release said. She holds a bachelor's degree from Berry College in Georgia.

Dornan started at Wells Fargo in 2016 after spending a decade as a mortgage consultant and senior credit manager. She is also the team liability and risk management strategist. Dornan, also a CFP, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington, the press release said.
