Jo Ellen Fisher was terminated from RJFS and the bank in May, the court filing says.
Shereen McCall, a Raymond James spokesperson, declined comment. Messages left with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Ohio and for Jo Ellen Fisher were not immediately returned Tuesday.
A hearing on RJFS’ request was scheduled for Wednesday in Columbus, Ohio at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.
