Bella Allaire, the firm's executive vice president of technology and operations, and Vin Campagnoli, chief information officer, spoke later at the press briefing about technology advances RJF is making. In particular, the company has simplified its client reporting so much that preparations for client meetings that once took advisors hours can now be done in minutes. Another major step has been a system that allows clients and their advisors to see all of their outside accounts on the Raymond James platform. Another major project that will be completed next year is a Raymond James app for its financial advisors that will allow them to access client data easily from their smartphones and tablets. The company also is working on a system that will allow its platform to assess client data daily and suggest to advisors how they can serve those clients' needs.
