Financial advisors Jule Eldridge, Jason Newton and Robb Sasser have left Wells Fargo Advisors, where they managed $645 million in client assets, to join Raymond James & Associates, the firm’s employee advisor broker-dealer, the company announced.

The team, which includes financial planning consultant Tyler Morris, senior registered client service associate Ashley Alexander, and practice marketing associate Margie Wood, will operate as Crescent Advisory Partners of Raymond James in the Florence, S.C. office managed by complex manager Dan Parker.

Eldridge, senior vice president, investments, has been in the financial services industry for over 24 years. Prior to joining Raymond James, he worked for Wells Fargo Advisors for 19 years. Eldridge is a graduate of Wofford College with a degree in business administration and earned his MBA from Francis Marion University.

Newton, vice president of investments, has more than 17 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Raymond James, Newton was a vice president of investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. He is a graduate of Francis Marion University with a degree in business administration.

Sasser, managing director, has been in the financial services industry for more than 33 years. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior vice president and managing director of investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. Sasser is a graduate of Presbyterian College with a degree in business administration.

In a news release, Eldridge indicated that as each company got to know the other, he and his partners were as impressed with Raymond James as Raymond James was with the team.
