Raymond James has added a veteran advisor team in Manhattan.

Financial advisors Stephen Adler, CIMA, AIF, CRPS; Mark Levy, CIMA; Roger Jee; and Michael Lubin, CFP, have joined Raymond James & Associates (RJA) — the firm’s traditional employee broker-dealer, in Manhattan, according to Tom Galvin, North Atlantic regional director for RJA.

The team joins RJA from Wells Fargo and operates as Adler, Levy, Jee & Lubin Wealth Management of Raymond James.  The team previously managed more than $1 billion in client assets.

Financial advisors Allison Guzman and Stephen Orzo will join Adler, Levy, Jee & Lubin Wealth Management. Both are currently in Raymond James’ Advisor Mastery Program and will join the firm at the program’s conclusion, according to a press release from the firm.

Loriann Montanez, senior registered client associate; Christopher Swanson, CFA, senior investment management specialist; and James Havell, practice-marketing associate, will also join the firm, according to a press release.

Adler, managing director, investments, has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was with Wells Fargo Advisors since 2006 before the move to Raymond James. His previous affiliations include E.F. Hutton & Co., CIBC Oppenheimer, and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin.

Levy brings more than 30 years of industry experience. He served as managing director , investments, at Wells Fargo Advisors, prior to joining Raymond James.

Jee, managing director, investments, began his career in wealth management with Smith Barney in 1990 and later joined CIBC Oppenheimer in 1993. While there, he addressed the liquidity management needs of institutional clients. In 2000, Jee moved to investment banking firm, C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2006, prior to moving to Raymond James.

Jee moved in 2000 to the investment banking firm C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, and subsequently to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2006, where he remained until the team joined Raymond James.

Lubin, managing director, investments, has over 20 years of wealth management experience.  In 1994, he began his career as a financial reporter for a number of publications, including Thomson Financial’s “Securities Industry News”. He began managing client portfolios for clients in 1997 after joining Gruntal & Co. From 1998 until 2018, Lubin worked in wealth management at Wells Fargo Advisors and predecessor firms.
