Real Estate ConsultantGreat to hear a financial planner actually consider real estate as an investment. It seems that often the concern of the planner is that money will be taken from a portfolio and reduce management fees or commissions. It took awhile for planners to accept long term care insurance for the same reason until it was seen that there was real risk by not presenting long term care and surviving family members could sue the planner for not protecting anticipated inheritance when it was consumed for nursing home care.Cudo's for being a true financial planner/advisor for a real diversified portfolio.
