Keel Point, a wealth management firm and multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in Vienna, Va., has hired former U.S. Navy carrier pilot Doug Andre as family office counsel, according to a news release.
Andre will provide the firm’s family wealth directors and administrators with legal tax and estate planning advice and insights.
Andre has more than a decade of experience in tax and estate planning as a partner at Ivins, Phillips & Barker in Washington, D.C. He entered the legal field after serving his country for more than two decades as an officer and carrier-based pilot in the U.S. Navy.
Andre received a B.A. degree in biology and marine science from Jacksonville University; an M.B.A. degree in managerial accounting from Old Dominion University; and a J.D. in law from the University of Virginia School of Law.
