Rockefeller Capital Management today announced the appointments of a former Morgan Stanley complex manager in Atlanta and a former UBS marketing head to its management team.

Janette Caballero Jovic was appointed as chief marketing officer. A financial services marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Jovic will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all firm marketing programs, with a focus on supporting growth and business results, according to a news release.

She will report to Gregory J. Fleming, president and CEO, and will join the firm’s management committee, based at its headquarters in New York City.

Jovic most recently served as head of strategic marketing and content communications for two years at UBS Wealth Management’s U.S. division, where she led brand strategy, digital marketing and advisor marketing. She also worked at PGIM and Pershing, the release said.

“I’m honored to join Greg’s leadership team in expanding this extraordinary company and its historic brand around the world,” Jovic said in a statement. She replaces Lisa Manganello, who was named chief brand officer. Manganello had been in that role for three years.

Kristen Sario was named director of the Southeast Division, a position that was held by Michael Outlaw from 2018 to 2021, when he was promoted national field director of the Rockefeller Global Family Office. She will serve as complex manager and executive director in Atlanta, where she will oversee six offices and focus on continued growth in the Charlotte, N.C., Florida and Nashville, Tenn., markets, the release said.

At Morgan Stanley, where she spent more than nine years, Sario was responsible for more than 300 employees, including financial advisors, client service associates, operational staff, and the complex leadership team. She also oversaw Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s offices in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, among others, the release said.
