Rozovics Group LLP, a family-owned tax, accounting and financial advisory firm in Park Ridge, Ill., has joined the Avantax Wealth Management (AWM) network with about $50 million in client assets, the companies announced.
Rozovics joins AWM from Cetera Financial Specialists LLC, a Schaumberg, Ill.-based broker-dealer platform for tax and accounting professionals and CPA firms integrating wealth management into their practices.
Founded in 1977 as a tax and accounting service, Rozovics added wealth management and employer benefits to their services in the 1980s.
Avantax Wealth Management, formerly HD Vest Financial Services and 1st Global, supports an independent network of 4,100 tax and non-tax professionals managing more than $67 billion in client assets.
