David E. Fred has been appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president of due diligence at S2K Servicing, an operations platform supporting institutional managers, S2K Holdings announced Wednesday.
Fred’s addition continues S2K’s build-out of its leadership team, S2K Holdings said.
He most recently served as a member of the senior leadership team of Cetera Financial Group, and was head of due diligence for the Cetera network of firms. In this role, he and his team were responsible for implementation, documentation and completion of operational due diligence activities in conjunction with products distributed by Cetera.
