Schroder investment Management North America Inc. has hired three senior professionals to help expand its U.S. fixed income business, Schroders announced Monday.

David Knutson has joined the US credit team as head of credit research for America, covering large U.S. banks. Knutson most recently was with Legal and General Investment Management America, where he was a senior analyst in fixed income research.

Eric Skelton joined the Global Fixed Income and FX trading team in the role of U.S. credit trader for U.S. investment grade credit. Skelton joins Schroders from Achievement Asset Management, formerly Peak6 Advisors, where he was a credit trader.

Chris Eger joins the US Credit team as portfolio manager in a newly created position. He was previously with J.P. Morgan Chase, where he held the role of executive director – Credit Trader, Investment Grade Domestic and Yankee Banks.
