Scott P. Ruddick has joined Advisor Partners, an investment and financial planning firm in Walnut Creek, Calif., and Boston as managing director.
Previously, Ruddick was managing director of business development, North America, at Mellon Capital Management, a Bank of New York Mellon company. He will be based in Advisor Partners' Boston office.
