The court orderd DiMaria to pay more than $231,000 in civil penalties, disgorgement and interest, and Gamsey to pay a civil penalty of $60,000.
Both men also consented to suspensions that prevent them from appearing and practicing before the SEC as accountants. In addition, DiMaria received a five-year officer-and-director bar.
In accepting the judgments, DiMaria and Gamsey neither admitted nor denied the SEC’s charges.
