Steward Partners Global Advisory LLC has opened its first office in Maine and staffed it with former Wells Fargo advisors, bringing a total of $338 million in client assets under management (AUM) to the platform.

Ralph Good and James Nylund, who comprise the newly formed GoodNylund Wealth Management Group, have joined Steward as a managing director and vice president, respectively. Christine Balfour, their longtime associate, also has joined the firm. The new GoodNylund team brings with them $200 million in client assets they managed at Wells Fargo.

Adam Dunbar has joined Steward Partners as a senior vice president. He will lead his own team, which brings approximately $138 million in client assets to Steward. Dunbar’s colleague, Jackie Gervais, also joins the firm.

Dunbar, Gervais and the GoodNylund team will be based out of Steward’s new Portland, Maine, office. With the opening of its first Maine location, Steward now operates 17 offices across 11 states and the District of Columbia.
