Succession Lending, headquartered in Wayzata, Minn., has rebranded as SkyView Partners to reflect the firm’s evolution into a boutique investment bank and correspondent lender.
The SkyView platform offers independent financial advisors nationwide a turnkey M&A solution.
Aaron Hasler, SkyView managing partner, will direct the firm’s investment banking division. Hasler has 12 years of experience as a sell-side wealth management investment banker and has represented financial advisors in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Since the firm’s founding as Succession Lending in 2018, SkyView has facilitated approximately $100 million in conventional fixed-rate loans for financial advisors.
