One Transformative Weekend
Depending on where you currently are as a company, you may not be able to include all of the elements I’ve explored above. Our events have grown over the years to become what they are today—it’s an evolving process, which hinges upon available resources for investment. What I believe is important is to make this investment in your employees—you certainly don’t have to break the bank, but employees should be able to recognize a sincere effort on your part to recognize their efforts. Without a doubt, we always see the payoff in productivity as employees head back to work with a renewed sense of engagement and a greater bond with and appreciation for their coworkers.
