Three financial advisors managing a combined $470 million in client assets have left Wells Fargo to join the employee channel at Ameriprise Financial Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis.

Financial advisor Lydia Padilla of Yuma, Ariz., will have the new title of financial advisor and vice president. She brings approximately $155 million in assets under management to Ameriprise. Her client base consists mostly of affluent individuals and families already retired or preparing for retirement. Her branch manager is Katie Whalen.

Financial advisors Ed Matosziuk Jr. and Stephen Bickley of Altoona, Pa., also formerly with Wells Fargo, will continue to operate their practice under the name Matosziuk Bickley & Associates. They brings approximately $315 million in AUM to Ameriprise. They focus on investments and investment management; retirement income and planning strategies; and insurance. The firm’s branch manager is James Queen.
