Brian Dowhower has been promoted to head of wealth management at Truist Financial Corporation, a bank holding company based in Charlotte, N.C.
In his new role Dowhower will be responsible for leading teams that provide wealth planning for affluent, high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and business owners in the U.S. and abroad.
He previously served as head of wealth and institutional advisory solutions where he was responsible for Truist Wealth Advisors, Specialty, and Institutional groups. He also oversaw digital investing, lending and strategic client services including the company’s Business Transition Advisory Group and Center for Family Legacy.
