Two multigenerational teams collectively managing $370 million in client assets have joined Raymond James & Associates (RJA), the St. Petersburg, Fla.-based firm’s employee channel.

The father-daughter duo Al and Erin Weber, formerly managing about $210 million in client assets at Hefren-Tillotson, a Baird company, will operate as Weber Group of Raymond James, based in Cranberry Township, Pa. Their team, which includes client service associate Katie Burr, serves business owners, individuals, and families preparing for or living in retirement.

“Even though it is a large company with tremendous resources, it has a boutique feel,” Al Weber, senior vice president for investments,said in a news release. “We especially like the top-down approach of ensuring the client always comes first, with special attention given to financial planning. Our practice was built on developing one relationship at a time, which fits perfectly with the Raymond James way of doing business.”

Also, a father-daughter-son team of financial advisors consisting of Sanjay Beach and his daughter Kalpana Beach and son Makis Beach are joining RJA from Merrill Lynch, where the trio managed about $160 million in client assets. Based in Westlake, Ohio, the team also includes client service associate Kathlene Crisp. Operating as Beach Wealth Planning Partner of Raymond James, they serve a clientele ranging from corporate and c-suite executives to professional athletes an coaches.

Sanjay Beach, managing director and branch manager of RJA’s Westlake office, said that his team’s first and foremost focus was the financial success of its clients.
