Newport Beach, Calif.-based United Capital Financial Advisers has announced the acquisition of three wealth advisors with combined assets under management of $758 million.

Colorado-based Asset One LLC brings $403 million in assets to United Capital. CEO Thomas Baumler will stay on as a managing director.

AUM Compass Wealth Advisors, based in Elkhart, Ind. and with $210 million AUM, brings 450 client relationships to United Capital. Owner and CEO Greg Schoenfeld becomes a managing director with the acquisition.

Jensen Wealth Advisors, based in Palm Desert, Calif., adds 180 client relationships and $135 million AUM to the fold. Founder Erik Jensen will join United Capital as a managing director.

United Capital Financial Partners now has $19.3billion AUM and 84 offices around the U.S.
