Vanguard on Thursday rolled out the Vanguard Total Corporate Bond ETF (VTC) that invests in three other Vanguard fixed-income exchange-traded funds.

VTC tracks the Bloomberg Barclays U.S. Corporate Bond Index and is structured as an ETF of ETFs by investing directly in the Vanguard Short-Term Corporate Bond ETF (VCSH), Vanguard Intermediate-Term Corporate Bond ETF (VCIT) and Vanguard Long-Term Corporate Bond ETF (VCLT).

It comes with an expense ratio of 0.07 percent, which the company says is 91 percent lower than the average expense ratio of funds with similar holdings.

Vanguard now offers 17 fixed-income ETFs.
