“We’re seeing increasing adoption of ETFs across the board as the fund structure of choice for index investors both among financial advisors and on the retail side,” Martino says. “Over the past three years, 35 percent of our cash flows have come through the ETF share class even though our ETF AUM represents only about 20 percent of the firm’s AUM.
“ETFs are punching above their weight, so to speak,” he adds.
