Viridian Advisors of Bothell, Wash., with approximately $600 million in assets under management (AUM), has acquired the Rieke Irwin Group, P.S., a CPA firm located in Woodinville, Wash.
Christopher Rieke, founder and shareholder of his self-named CPA firm, will be retiring. Until then, he will continue working with Viridian and his firm's clients to ensure a smooth transition. Joe Erickson, Viridian's tax manager and shareholder, will lead the integration and transition of Rieke Irwin clients and staff.
Rieke began his career at Deloitte & Touche in 1984. In 1992, Rieke and his partners started their own independent accounting firm. The merger will enable Viridian to expand its range of services to the new and existing clients of both firms.
Viridian Advisors provides comprehensive financial planning, tax planning and preparation, and investment management services to closely held businesses, families and individuals.
