Truelytics
Truelytics, a business-to-business enterprise software-as-a-service (SAAS) company, announced that it has selected SkyView Partners as its exclusive lending partner. The partnership will benefit financial advisory and wealth management firms on its’ Advisor Transition Management platform, which helps improve mission-critical ‘transition-driven’ business processes like recruitment, practice improvement, business valuation, and succession management.


Plaid
Visa agreed to buy privately held software startup Plaid in a $5.3 billion deal that will boost the payments giant’s access to the booming financial technology space.


Envestnet
Envestnet announced it is joining forces with Dynasty Financial Partners to launch the Advisor Services Exchange (ASx), which will offer financial advisors using Envestnet’s platforms an enhanced set of tools and services to help build and grow their businesses.
