Holding company Wentworth Management Services LLC has acquired Purshe Kaplan Sterling (PKS) Investments, the company announced this week during the Market Counsel Summit in Miami, Fla.
Most of PKS, an independent broker-dealer based in Albany, N.Y., will remain unchanged by the transaction, according to Wentworth.
The broker-dealer has over 400 offices nationwide.
