In an industry that is predominantly male, Wipfli Financial Advisors LLC, a national wealth management firm headquartered in Milwaukee, has promoted three women to its executive leadership team.

The three will round out the five-person team that also includes Chief Executive Officer Jeff Pierce and Chief Financial Officer Julie Nichols.

“These leaders bring with them valuable experience and are committed to helping our clients and associates reach their full potential,” Pierce said in a press release.

The following women were given promotions:

- Rafia Hasan joined Wipfli in 2014 as a senior associate consultant. Over a five-year period, the firm has promoted her to director of investments, co-chief investment officer, and last year to chief investment officer. She is now joining the ownership team as its newest principal. She graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a major in economics and a minor in math. She earned an M.B.A. in finance and investment management from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

- Katie Calagui joined Wipfli in 2016 as its first director of talent management. She was promoted to chief talent officer. Calagui earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of San Diego.

- Jandy Rowe, formerly principal, director of client service, was named chief operating officer. Rowe has 18 years of experience with Wipfli. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
