More than 150 women financial advisors have been singled out for providing outstanding service to retirement plans by the National Association of Plan Advisors, based in Arlington, Va.

The "Top Women Advisors" title was given to retirement plan advisors who made significant contributions to the retirement industry, as well as adding excellence to the profession.

More than 500 nominations for the award were received by NAPA members among broker-dealers and RIA firms. Winners in three categories were selected based on a questionnaire completed by the nominees about their experience, education, team structure, accomplishments and impact.

The winners were then selected in three categories, including “All Stars,” who are the top producers within their own practices. Those top producers who are also principals, owners or team captains of their organizations were named “Captains.” A third category of women were named “Rising Stars.” These women are the top producers who have less than five years of experience as financial advisors to retirement plans.

The list of all the winners can be found here.
