I don’t think the bulls should be drawing such strong parallels but they do have a historical example in which they can place their faith.
The point that I want to make here is simply that the bulls are not worried about the Fed. I think that’s a mistake but it doesn’t matter what I think. The bulls have the trend as their friend and data that, in the past, would cool their jets…. doesn’t make them think twice. Buy the dip, buy the pause, buy the rally.
It’s not going to end well when it ends. Is that going to happen soon? Doesn’t look that way.
