HighTower today announced it added MK Wealth Management to its growing roster of affiliated financial advisor firms.
Melville, N.Y.-based MK Wealth Management manages $300 million in assets for families, individual clients, businesses and nonprofit organizations. Mark Kravietz, MK Wealth Management's principal and a 25-year financial services industry veteran, joins HighTower as a partner and managing director.
Prior to joining HighTower, Kravietz was with UBS Financial Services, where he was a member of the Global Circle of Excellence. He is a founding member of the Long Island Association for Financial Education and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).
Chicago-based HighTower is a partnership of advisory firms that serve wealthy families and institutional clients across the country. The company has been actively recruiting top advisors since it was created in 2008. MK Wealth Management is the 10th new advisor team to join HighTower in the past year and the 37th team overall to partner with HighTower.
