We are proud of the culture we have created and the level of individual service and dedication to our clients.

We once knew an accounting firm that shared our values and was quite successful. However, its owners made a choice along the way to limit the number of partners and, as a result, lost many of their bright young professionals to other firms. Therefore, they could not generate enough revenue to buy out the partners who wanted to retire. They were left with little choice but to sell to a larger firm that did not share their values and passion for service. I fear that there may be quality boutique financial planning firms finding themselves in a similar dilemma.
